She is passionate about social issues affecting young people within London. She was part of the youth panel for StopWatch where she built relationships with community groups and led workshops with police and young people. She has also worked as a Community Engagement Volunteer at Food For Life Project at Shoreditch Trust where she organised healthy eating cooking activities with parents and children who lived in areas within Hackney affected by high obesity rates.
